My Story
A group of 15 volunteers from Paddy Power Beftair are volunteeering with Habitat for Humanity in Zambia. Zambia is a region where more than 80 percent of the population is considered low-income and families in both rural and urban areas are unable to attain safe and decent housing. Our group will travel to Zambia for 2 weeks in August to build houses, providing help with a variety of tasks including mixing and moving mortar, transporting crashed stones, building walls with cement block, placing window frames and much more.
