My Story
Mustard Seed Communities is an international non-profit organisation dedicated to caring for the most vunerable populations throughout the developing world. They work closely with children who have disabilities, children affected by HIV/AIDS and young mothers in crisis.A group of 20 students from Temple Carrig School Greystones will be traveling to Jamaica to volunteer with these children for a week next May. I am fortunate enough to be one of these lucky people. This is going to be a truly amazing opportunity but we need your help. My goal is to raise €3000 which will go towards flights and directly to the charity itself. We will be rebuilding Sophie’s Place, one of the homes, and helping the children in MSC’s care.Thank you so much. Any money donated to this page goes directly to Tara Dempsey and her fundraising efforts. I urge you to read more about this charity. I’m so lucky to be taking on this project with them.
