My name is Seán Maher and the first fundraising event I particpated in dates back to December 2020/2021. 

"Eco Brixs is a closed-loop recycling model to help tackle the issue of plastic waste and unemployment in Uganda".

I will be volunteering in Masaka, Uganda for 4 weeks over this summer to aid with their plastic collection, education around recylcing and community outreach.

The money raised during this fundraiser will be used to fund their employees, collect plastic more efficiently and recycle collected plastic.

Voluntary organisation for UCD students, staff and graduates to engage in volunteering and global citizenship education programmes.
