My Story

A group of 4th and 5th year pupils from Loreto High School, Beaufort have been chosen to go to Uganda as part of the Aidlink Immersion Programme next June. The aim of the programme is to increase awareness of the challenges of the global south and to develop social responsibility.  There is a significant cost involved in this trip and the girls must raise the money themselves. The girls are hoping to get sponsorship to help cover some of the cost of this worthwhile trip. This is a major task to arrange and organise and the girls are already working hard on the planning. We would ask for your help for this programme. This is a very worthy cause and we would hope that the money raised by the girls would make a difference in some way to the people of Uganda.

Charity supported

Aidlink is an Irish charity working to educate, enable and empower individuals, families and communities in Kenya, Uganda and Ghana.
