On the 6th of October, I am running the Galway City Marathon and as part of that I have decided to raise money for Pieta House a charity that has recently become important to me. I would be grateful for any donations to this worthy cause.

We provide free, professional one-to-one therapy to people in suicidal distress, engaging in self-harm, and bereaved by suicide.
