Friends - It's that time of year again - Glencree Peace Walk 2019! On Sunday 22nd September, I will be participating in the Glencree Peace Walk 2019 to raise much needed funds for the Centre's important work. In a time of incredibly divisive politics and uncertainty around Brexit, Glencree is working tirelessly to facilitate difficult conversations and build important relationships across divides. Glencree's key areas of work are Community & Political Dialogue, post-conflict Legacy issues, Women's Leadership, Young Peacebuilders, Intercultural & Refugee Integration and Peace Education. The organisation works tirelessly behind the scenes and on a shoe-string budget and due to financial restrictions, cannot meet the demand for its peacebuilding work. Glencree is currently working on a new sustainable development plan and needs as much help as possible to raise some much needed funds to support their work.  Please consider sponsoring me by clicking on the link below.
