My Story

As part of Trainsition Year I am participating in the Mustard Seed Ireland Dare to Care Global Citizenship Programme. We are learning all about issues of Social Justice, Diversity and Sustainability and looking at how the work of Mustard Seed Communities responds to these issues.Due to Covid-19 the children of Mustard Seed are relying on our support now more then ever. Thats why i have decided to take part in the Marathons for Mustard Seed Challenge. My Ty year in St Raephaelas are fundraising for the above cause by hiking from Marley Park  to Three Rock on Thursday the 2nd of December. Due to an ongoing knee injury i have decided to partake in a flat hike rather then going on a steephike with my school. I will be taking part in this flat hike on Sunday the 6th of December. My challenge is the many woders of Dublins docklands- an urban hike through city waterways. If i raise €250 that would pay for a child to attend the feeding programme at nGozi Mine in Zimbabwe for a whole year!!!Thank you so much for your support.
