Hi There Kids! As some of you may, but a lot of you won't know, my little superhero Bowie was diagnosed with Autism back in March of this year. Since receiving the diagnosis the almost criminal lack of resources and funding for ALL children with additional needs has literally taken my breath away and it continues to be one of the most shameful legacies of this Government and many Governments before.In an effort to try and give something back to a community that has already provided so much support to us on our journey, and to raise awareness of Autism I am (attempting) to run the New York Marathon on the 03rd of November. A huge thanks goes to my wonderful employers Abbott who have managed to secure the place in one of the world's most sought after Marathons. As you can see from the photo, Bowie has inherited his Dad's love of Music, bikes and tricky dress sense :-P.
