My Story

As part of Transition Year I am participating in the Mustard Seed Ireland Dare toCare Global Citizenship Programme. We are learning all about issues of SocialJustice, Diversity and Sustainability and looking at how the work of Mustard SeedCommunities responds to these issues.Due to Covid-19 the children of Mustard Seed are relying onour support now more than ever. That’s why I’ve decided to take part in the Marathons for Mustard Seed Challenge. I am going to complete a hike from Marlay Park to 3 Rock on Thursday the 10th of December to raise awareness of the work that Mustard Seed Communities do and to raise some money for their programmes. If I raise €200 that would pay for a child to attend the feeding programme at Ngozi Mine in Zimbabwe for a whole year!!!!Thank you so much for your support.
