My Story
As part of Transition Year, I am participating in the Mustard Seed Ireland Dare to Care Global Citizenship Programme. We are learning all about issues of Social Justice, Diversity and Sustainability and looking at how the work of Mustard Seed Communities responds to these issues.Due to Covid-19 the children of Mustard Seed are relying onour support now more than ever. That’s why I’ve decided to take part in the Marathons for Mustard Seed Challenge.Myself and my friend Róisin are going to complete a marathon in one day, to raise awareness of the work that Mustard Seed Communities and to raise some money for their programmes. If I raise €200 that would pay for a child to attend the feeding programme at nGozi Mine in Zimbabwe for a whole year! Thanks so much for your support, any donations would be greatly apprciated.
