My Story

Hi everyone,This year on the 17th of June Jim Griffin, Paul Walker, Andrew Durnin, Joe O'Connor and myself are going through Hell & Back for AsIAm charity ;) AsIAm (Autism Spectrum Information Advice and Meeting Point) is a charitable organisation which aims to support and empower those directly affected by ASC, and to make our society more inclusive towards those with the condition through education, engagement and advocacy. Their core objective is to help all people with Autism to participate as fully as possible in education, employment and society generally.HELL & BACK, Ireland’s Toughest Mental & Physical Endurance Challenge, is the country’s largest and most popular obstacle course run. We convert stunning private farm estates into adventure playgrounds, where participants must complete a 10-15KM trail route crossing rivers and lakes, climbing hills and mountains and crawling through bogs and swamps. To survive, you must conquer all the elements thrown at you, whether that is the temperamental weather conditions, the gruelling natural environment or the torturous man-made obstaclesEveryone in 2017 Ireland knows at least one person with ASC and so myself and the lads are going to go through Hell & Back in the hopes that you might help us raise money for this amazing charity which in turn will help those affected by ASC. :)

Charity supported

AsIAm aims to provide a one-stop shop for the Autism community in Ireland, focusing on the need to advocate, support and educate.
