I am taking part in an Ultra race in Co. Donegal in Ireland next March and in the process I'll be collecting for Charity, all proceeds from the event will go to Gorta self help Africa, a Charity whose mission is the make a prosperous rural Africa where smallholder famers and their families thrive.I have been taking part in many marathons and triathlons over the years but this will be my first charity event and with your help  I hope to make it a success . 

Self Help Africa is dedicated to ending hunger and poverty in rural Africa.
