This June a group of us will kayak the full length of the Shannon, roughly 280 km. This trip is the brainchild of our "expedition leader/captian" Ronan. He was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis in his early 30's so along with this trip being a bit of fun for us all we'd hope to raise some awareness about the condition and raise some funds for Arthritis Ireland.
