The Long Walk across Ireland - 240kms or 150 miles. Duncan, Ben and I are shocked to know that the biggest killer of Males in Ireland under 25 is suicide so given past experiences we decided it was a very worthy cause for our Long Walk. We heard of the great work of Pieta House and decided that we would walk in aid of them. 90% of the funding for this  charity's funding comes from donations so we would be grateful for your kind donations. Thank you very much! We leave the diving board at Salthill, Galway Bay at 10:30am on Good Friday, 30th March 2018.
