Since 2008 I have been working in Zambia with Habitat for Humanity.  Every year I travel to Zambia with volunteers to build houses and to provide clean water supplies among the world's poorest people.  It has been a very successful and worthwhile endeavour for the people of Zambia, and also for those volunteers who travel with me to Zambia.  With the support of Habitat for Humanity and friends in Zambia, I have been able to get involved in other projects, such as providing books and materials to schools, setting up a micro-finance project to help widows to set up businesses to take them out of poverty and most recently to found a library in Chipulukusu.  None of this is possible without Habitat for Humanity. In July 2017, I am going back to Zambia with a team of about ten people to continue this work. I have set up this page to accept on-line donations. I already have over €20,000.00 raised off-line. Please donate on this page.  All money raised on this page will go to Habitat for Humanity, and none will be used for the cost of my travel to Zambia or for any other projects, as I will cover those expenses myself.  For further information about what I do, please see www.mnugentzambia.com
