Hey there! My name is Gearoid and I'm a second year student in University college Dublin. This year I'm proud to be apart of the UCD Volunteers overseas Nicaragua project. This is a twelve month commitment including four weeks overseas that will hopefully see our team make a profound difference through educational and construction projects. Each of us is required to raise a minimum of 2600 euro in order to fund the project. A donation of any size would really mean a lot and will go a long way given that a large percentage of people in Nicaragua live on less that 1.90 a day. I plan on running events as the year progresses so make sure to keep an eye out for those also.Thanks everyone! :)
