Story
As a Transition Year student, I am currently participating in the Mustard Seed Ireland Dare to Care Global Citizenship Progamme. I've learnt about so many topics and issues already. Examples would be Social Justice, Diversity and Sustainability. Also I've been learning about how the work of Mustard Seed Communities responds to these issues. Throughout this COVID-19 pandemic the children of Mustard Seed have suffered more than ever and they need our support now. I have decided to raise money by taking part in the Marathons for Mustard Seed Challenge. I am going to walk, run and cycle a marathon in 7 days. Hopefully I can raise awarness of the work that Mustard Seed Communities do and raise some money for their programmes. If I raise €200 that would pay for a child to attend the feeding programme at nGozi Mine in Zimbabwe for a whole year!!!! Don't forget to donate and thank you for your support :)
