My Story
As part of Transition Year I am participating in the Mustard Seed Ireland Dare to Care Global Citizenship Programme. We are learning all about issues of Social Justice, Diversity and Sustainability and looking at how the work of Mustard Seed Communities responds to these issues. Due to Covid-19 the children of Mustard Seed are relying on our support now more than ever. That’s why I’ve decided to take part in the Marathons for Mustard Seed Challenge. I am going to complete a marathon in 7 days to raise awareness of the work that Mustard Seed Communities and to raise some money for their great programmes. If I raise €200, it would pay for a child to attend the feeding programme at nGozi Mine in Zimbabwe for a whole year!!!!Thanks so much for your support :)
