Hello friends :) I am very to be a part of the UCDVO team for the coming year. In July 2018, I will be travelling to Nansana, Uganda with a team of  student physiotherapists, nurses, doctors and nutritionists. We are travelling with UCDVO to work with a charity called Nurture Africa, an Irish charity who aim to provide quality healthcare, education and sustainable livlihood projects to vulnerable children and adults in Nansana, Uganda. As a student physiotherapist I will spend 4 weeks providing therapy to children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, I will also be working closely with parents/guardians providing the education they need to continue on with therapy at home. All 1,200 euro I raise will go towards providing the children with equipment and aids such as wheelchairs, frames and specialised seating and providing the families with educational resources. Any donation big or small would be a huge help towards reaching my goal!Thank you, Emma :)
