Hi Everyone!My name is Clodagh Nash and I am a first year Economics and Finance student in UCD. Next summer, I am travelling to Morogoro, Tanzania to volunteer for four weeks with the charity 'UCD Volunteer Overseas' (CHY15856). While there, I will be educating teachers and students alike in local schools, partaking in refurbishments of local amenities as well as organising recreational activities such as sports days for kids in the area. With the project initially starting in 2009, I am delighted to have been granted the opportunity to help those less fortunate over the coming year. Together with the others in my group, we will be collaborating with two other charitable organisations, Camara and Tanzed. I understand everyone has their own difficulties but throughout the coming year, I will be holding various events which I hope you will support and along with the money I have saved so far myself, I am confident that, together, we can reach my fundraising target of 3,500.
