My Story
The 3rd Glencree Peace Walk will take place on Sunday 22 September 2019 to raise much-needed funds for the work of the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in Ireland and abroad. It consists of an easy 8 km walk along the Wicklow Way between Glencullen and Glencree. Walkers will meet at midday at the Glencree Peace Centre (where there is ample parking) and will be brought by bus (a bigger one this year!) to the start. They will be picked up again at the finish. Refreshments will be provided after the walk at the Glencree Centre.
