Hi all. For one night only I’m going back to what I love…..back to the glitter & glitz on the the dance floor!!!! I’ll be dancing in ‘Strictly for Charity ‘ on Sat 9th June in the Talbot hotel in Stillorgan https://www.talbothotelstillorgan.com/ I’II be doing the ‘Salsa ‘  in front of 500 people….completely out of my comfort zone of course .Aside from the love of dancing, I am raising well deserved money for Self Help Africa https://selfhelpafrica.org/ie/ . Self Help Africa’s intervention is cutting edge, they are not about hand outs but so believe in giving Hand Ups. The money they raise helps invest in agricultural communities in Africa, which in turn enables people to work their way out of poverty. It’s a simple format… help a family to become food secure by smart farming and then assist them with access to markets .  families selling their surplus produce, they make an  income which in turn means access to education & health care and breaking the cycle of poverty.What a wonderful way for us to give back into the community!
