Hi, my name is Saoirse McNally, I'm a second year Chemical and Bioprocessing Engineering student in UCD.  This summer I will be travelling to Ruaha in Tanzania with 21 others to volunteer with UCDVO. This is the second year UCDVO is sending a team of volunteers to Ruaha. The focus of the work we will be doing their is to provide computer and english classes for both teachers and students in three different primary schools in the area. In addition to the classes we will be running summer camps in the afternoons with the children. We will also be providing refresher courses for the schools that the 2016 volunteers worked in.  For our project we will be working closely with TanzEd and Camera Education. Both charities help to organise the work that we do on the ground as well as helping us to install the computer class rooms needed. The total fundraising target is 2600euro, 1200euro of this money goes directly to the project and the work thats done on the ground. The remaining 1400euro covers the cost of flights accommodation etc. All personal expenses (i.e. vaccinations, excursions are incurred by the volunteer).Any donation would be greatly appreciatedThanks so much!Saoirse McNally
