My Story
My name is Lily Bellhouse and I am a Transition Year student in Temple Carrig School Greystones. Myself and 19 other TY students have been given the fantastic opportunity to take part in a humanitarian project to Kingston, Jamaica with Mustard Seed Communities' 'Children for Children' Project. MSC is a charity dedicated to caring for the most vulnerable members of society in many underdeveloped countries around the world. They provide residential care to children and adults with mental disabilities, children affected by HIV and AIDS and young mothers in crisis. In Jamaica we will take part in a variety of projects such as light construction, landscaping, farming, painting and building repairs as well as interacting and playing with the children we meet.By April 2019 I must have fundraised €2,900 to cover transport, food, airfare, etc. as well as about half of the money going directly to MSC. I hope you might consider donating any amount of money, big or small. Anything helps massively! Thank you.
Charity supported
