Response

The IRC’s priorities are:

Delivering high quality support and advice to people in the asylum process via our Drop-In Centre and Independent Law Centre, including access to Early Legal Advice;

Supporting and protecting children and young people going through the asylum process;  Supporting people's integration and transition out of Direct Provision through housing, education and employment projects;

Generating and maintaining public and political awareness on refugee issues and developments;

Partnership, advocacy and capacity building with key stakeholders to bring about positive change to asylum practice and policy in Ireland and Europe.
